Vienna Bistro's Executive Chef and Owner, Frody Volgger, has spared nothing in bringing both a casual bistro atmosphere and an elegant, yet relaxed and affordable, fine dining room together on the ground floor of Utah's most historic business landmark. Find a refuge and culinary satisfaction in an unequalled atmosphere blended from a combination of beautiful Old World craftsmanship and relaxed Austrian hospitality.	Open from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. for lunch, coffee, pastries, late afternoon social hour appetizers and drinks, and gourmet dinners, the Vienna Bistro has something for everyone. The Viennese bakery also provides to-order specialties, including glorious Viennese wedding cakes people will want to eat!	Evenings offer guests the ultimate downtown dining experience- the Vienna Bistro is available for reserved parties and will provide custom crafted menus for individual events. We also welcome outside catering functions.
